 Regional HIE Survey
Geisinger was awarded a grant from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to help develop health information exchange in rural Pennsylvania. Under this award Geisinger has agreed to survey the region to determine it's readiness to adopt HIE, from both a technical and business perspective. If you have received a letter to complete this survey, we invite you to click on the link below, which will start the survey. It requires you to have a login, which would have been mailed to your organization. If you do not have or do not know your login, please contact us to obtain it.
